Lignite-to-Methanol Project, Neyveli
Client: NLC India Limited (NLCIL)
Scope: Project Management Consultant (PMC). EIL was engaged in June 2022 and floated the global tender for the gasification block (LEPC-1) in October 2022. Estimated cost approx. Rs. 4,400 Cr.
Coal-to-SNG Project, Thallaipalli Coal Mines
Detailed project report, licensor selection and FEED for a coal-to-synthetic natural gas project.
Coal-to-SNG Facility
NTPC and EIL agreed to jointly develop a coal-to-synthetic natural gas facility that converts high-ash Indian coal into cleaner fuel.
Coal-to-Ammonium Nitrate Plant, Majri
Pre-project activities and detailed feasibility report (DFR) for a surface coal gasification-based ammonium nitrate plant — EIL's entry into coal gasification.
