Bhamashah State Data Centre (BSDC)
India’s first and largest government-owned Tier-IV certified Data Centre (Uptime Institute, USA), with EIL providing engineering review and full project management including construction management, quality assurance and cost control.
RBI Data Centre
India’s only Tier-IV certified, blast- and cyclone-resistant Data Centre, targeted for IGBC Platinum certification, delivered by EIL on an EPMC basis from concept to commissioning.
IIM Nagpur Campus
A fully-integrated academic campus comprising faculty, administrative and academic blocks, staff housing and hostels, along with landscaping and external development — completed end-to-end.
HPCL Green R&D Centre
A state-of-the-art research campus with 11 specialised laboratories and pilot plants, administrative and guest-house facilities, and a 2 MW captive solar power plant.
Rajasthan Refinery Township
A complete residential township for refinery and CISF personnel, with shopping complex, guest house, auditorium and sports and community facilities.
High Speed Rail Terminal at Sabarmati
Terminal buildings alongside the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project, featuring foot-over-bridges, lifts, escalators and travelators designed for large-scale passenger movement.
Airport Terminal Building, Leh
A carbon-neutral (for HVAC operations) high-altitude airport terminal, reflecting EIL’s capability in delivering resilient infrastructure in challenging geographies.
Convention Centre, Goa
A landmark convention facility featuring a one-of-a-kind 22-metre-high sliding partition wall, executed by EIL on an Open Book Estimate (OBE) basis.
IPSHEM Campus, Goa
Institute of Petroleum Safety, Health and Environment Management — an OPITO-accredited training facility for offshore safety and emergency-response training.
Tourist Infrastructure at Sun Temple, Konark and Khajuraho
Development of visitor and interpretation infrastructure at two of India’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, executed by EIL on a PMC basis.
